Neither of us are big cake fans, so we are mixing things up a bit. We will have a small cake, for the traditional 'cake cutting' stuff, but have decided to go with cupcakes for the guests. D wants the cupcakes to be set up so that they still look like like a cake.
We're thinking of a mix of chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with both chocolate and vanilla frosting. That way everyone can find a combination that they'll enjoy.

I found the cutest picture on the back of the winter 09 Vermont Bride magazine that I want to do as our cake topper. They are chocolate covered strawberries decorated as a bride and groom! TO CUTE :)
We're having sugar cookies as our favor. A BM's former roommate does cookies, cakes and cupcakes as a hobby and is absolutely amazing and offered the best price we'd seen so far, and taste amazing! These are the two designs we'll be having made. (The color is a little brighter in the pictures then it will actually be, but its pretty close.)
